What we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you type into a form or tell us on a call.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and marketing parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, and Google click identifiers (gclid) when you arrive from an advertisement.

Publicly available property information we look up ourselves, including county assessor records, deed records, and tax status.

How we use it

To research your property and prepare an offer.

To contact you by phone, text message, or email about that property and your request.

To measure which advertising and pages produce genuine inquiries, so we spend less on advertising that does not work.

To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations related to real estate transactions.

Who we share it with

Service providers who work on our behalf: title companies and closing attorneys handling your transaction, our customer relationship software, phone and text messaging providers, and website analytics providers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other property buyers or lead-generation networks.

Text messaging consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to enforce our agreements.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar storage to remember your session and to retain marketing parameters so we can attribute an inquiry to the advertisement that produced it. You can block cookies in your browser; the forms will still work.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are generally kept for up to seven years so we can answer questions about past offers and meet recordkeeping requirements. Transaction records tied to a closing are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing us.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Some records tied to a completed real estate transaction cannot be deleted for legal reasons.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
